1 out of 5 starsI was never told or explained that my order was cancelled. Created a label and bam … never received a thing.. communication is very important considering this was needed for a very important gift.

Item was shipped but never shown as moved in the postal system so the Order was refunded with a note explaining the issue as I did not have any more to reship.

I had to have this shipped to a friend in the US and then onto me in the UK because of the international postage mess this year, but it all worked out and now it's here and I love it so much. It's my favourite project bag so far! Beautifully made. The only addition I could think of would be an interior pocket for small notions but it's really perfect as it is! Thank you! <3

Do you offer shipping insurance? What happens if the post office loses my package?
Insurance on packages is available at an additional charge, just message me prior to placing your order. Certain shipping methods like Priority Mail automatically come with insurance.
Unfortunately, once the package has left my possession, I cannot control the delivery nor the practices of the post office. Packages are shipped to the address indicated on the order. If a package is undeliverable as addressed due to wrong address on order, lost, damaged, or any other reason that is out of my control, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the post office for resolution. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address that was on the order and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
